My Story

Thank you for taking the time to read my story, I’D love the opportunity to explain to you why I am so passionate about the work I do!

Throughout my life I have always chosen to work in professions that help people by enabling them to take control of their own lives and to reach their full potential. I have worked with all ages from being a reception teacher enabling children to take their first steps towards their love of learning to being a Manager at Help and Care and assisting both older people/ carers to access all the information and support available to enhance their lives in all ways possible. Throughout my journey I have always had an overpowering need to understand how our minds work and how we can best help ourselves to overcome any presenting obstacles we might experience.
