What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a state of focused attention, heightened suggestibility, and altered perception. It is similar to being completely absorbed in a book, movie, music, or even one’s own thoughts.
In this state, your subconscious is far more open to positive suggestions that can help you change your beliefs, habits, behaviours, or emotions. You are also more aware of your inner resources and abilities that can help you overcome challenges or achieve goals.
Hypnosis is not something that someone does to you, but rather something that you do with someone else’s guidance or by yourself. You are always in control and can choose to accept or reject any suggestion.
You cannot be hypnotised against your will or made to do something that goes against your values or morals. Hypnosis is not a form of sleep or unconsciousness, but rather a state of relaxed alertness. You can hear everything that is said and remember everything that happens.
