My Story
Thank you for taking the time to read my story, I’D love the opportunity to explain to you why I am so passionate about the work I do!
Throughout my life I have always chosen to work in professions that help people by enabling them to take control of their own lives and to reach their full potential. I have worked with all ages from being a reception teacher enabling children to take their first steps towards their love of learning to being a Manager at Help and Care and assisting both older people/ carers to access all the information and support available to enhance their lives in all ways possible. Throughout my journey I have always had an overpowering need to understand how our minds work and how we can best help ourselves to overcome any presenting obstacles we might experience.
I studied at Bournemouth University and completed a BSC Hons in Applied Psychology and Computing and that’s where I discovered the power of our subconscious minds and how if we can just reset outdated habits , automated responses at this level ,we can easily change behaviours !This led me on to complete more and more training in Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy , In life Coaching -to become a Neurolinguistic Practitioner as well as both an Ericksonian and Clinical Hypnotherapist.
I now absolutely love being able to prove by results how modern hypnosis can be a wonderful, powerful tool to use to affect positive change in peoples’ lives. My promise to you is that I will offer quality on- line hypnotherapy sessions to help enable you to make the changes you want from ‘the inside out ‘where all change truly happens !
