I had suffered with emetophobia for most of my life, one day I couldn’t stand it anymore and decided to reach out for help. Heather replied to me on Bark, and I’m so glad she did. She is a very kind person who really seems to care about you and wants to help you overcome your issue. I was initially a bit worried to undergo hypnotherapy, but she assured me it wasn’t anything weird and calmly guided me through it – and it’s honestly one of the most relaxing things I’ve ever done! Not only has she talked through (multiple) exercises to help me via Zoom, but also sent me recordings of said exercises to use when I need them. I can confidently say that my mindset has changed, and I can now control my emotions when it comes to vomit, and it’s all thanks to Heather. I would definitely recommend her as a hypnotherapist!

I have lost 9lbs in weight. To say I’m delighted is an understatement, have a big wedding at end of June I hate to say it but I might just turn a few heads.

I have just completed the 4 week course and cannot recommend it enough. I lost 10lb and 11 inches without even trying. Did not have to purchase expensive diet foods and pay for expensive club sessions. This will be the new me for life.

I had no previous experience with hypnosis or hypnotherapy before I found Heather. I was struggling to cope with some personal issues at the time, and hoped some hypnotherapy would help to relieve some of those negative emotions and to get me back on track in life.
After 3 sessions with Heather I would say it's one of the best decisions I've made. I now feel like I've let go of so much anxiety and sadness, I feel so much more energized and confident every day and can say that hypnotherapy with Heather was truly life-changing.
